We are seeking passionate and committed female Secondary School Teacher to join our team. Both fresh and experienced candidates with minimum 2 years experience, having strong communication skills and proficiency in relevant field can apply. Must be ambitious, highly energetic, self- driven with ability to work in highly robust environment. Fluency in English and command over email and MS Office is a must.

Responsibilities: 

The Secondary School Teacher will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students in grades 6 to 10. The ideal teacher is required to be sincere and passionate about her job.

– Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles through activities and Project Based Learning.

– Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that ensures students to acquire consolidate knowledge, skills and understanding of the subject taught.

– Assess and evaluate student progress through various methods, providing constructive feedback.

– Encourage student participation and motivation through interactive activities.

– Address individual student needs, including those requiring additional support.

– Familiarize students with board examination paper pattern and marking scheme.

– Science teachers should have good command over practical lab procedures.

Qualifications:

– Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in education or a related field. Master’s degree in science subjects is preferred. 

– Relevant certifications, diplomas, or degrees in education will be an advantage.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

– Experience in teaching secondary school students is preferred but not mandatory.
